  • Detailed concept and hands-on review of all components in the specified machine
  • Standard and advance expected service elements of usual and usual machine use
  • Overview of differences in different “generations”/models of each machine, with highlights on Legacy machines and upcoming developments
  • Troubleshooting basics for electrical concepts and advanced for mechanical concepts
  • Introductions and conversations with key headquarters personnel related to the machine’s engineering, operations, and other functional areas
  • Practical hands-on involvement with machine builds to build overall machine knowledge and familiarity

Precondition

As noted, mechanical-side techs with good aptitude. Intention is to focus on techs after they have gone through onboarding process and are likely able to complete corrugated roll changes independently. While this function might not be directly applicable to targeted machine that is being targeted, it should highlight a general corrugator familiarity and prior OJT experience

Target audience

Mechanical Service Technicians in early stages of BHS career, that have good aptitude, but likely low-level of corrugator experience (Level 1 or 2)
