The mentoring program qualifies experienced specialists (in a protected environment in presence) didactically and methodically to effectively accompany their mentees, pass on their knowledge and promote the personal development of their mentees. The mentoring program also promotes the exchange between experienced specialists and young talents, supports their personal development and strengthens networking within the company.
